This tube type has a unique fin design. There are specially designed channels under the outer fins that communicate with each other. In a flooded evaporator, this special structure can form a large number of stable vaporization cores to promote liquid evaporation.

The vaporization process becomes a frequent entry and exit channel, which promotes the continuous overflow of bubbles when the refrigerant boils, strengthens the boiling effect, and achieves excellent thermal conductivity, with a heat transfer coefficient up to 7 times that of the light tube.

At the same time, on this basis, the inner wall of the tube is strengthened to minimize the formation of thermal resistance in the tube and maximize the heat exchange capacity on both sides of the copper tube.

Mother tube are produced with processes of continuous casting, rolling, and internationally leading in-line annealing and combined drawing machines, after which they are checked and tested 100% by eddy current testing machine(both rotary and pass types).

Blades, tooling process equipment, process precision knife unit, and plug etc. imported from Germany and Sweden; strictly controlled the production quantity with such knife toolings, replace these knife toolings after certain production quantity, in order to sure the product fin shape comform to the requirements;

Super high-power ultrasonic cleaning machines enable the inner and outer surfaces of tube to be bright, clean and without oil and grease;

In order to make sure there is no leakage, all final products are 100% checked and texted by air pressure and eddy current testing machines.
