Product Detail:

They are made from smooth tubes by machining many grooves on the inner surface of smooth tubes. With the help of thee grooves, heat exchange surface becomes bigger, and flow field distribution near the grooves is changes; therefore, compared with smooth tubes, their heat exchange rate and performance is improved greatly. The heat exchange efficiency is 1.5-3 times of smooth tube, while maintaining the required minimum pressure drop range.

Features:

The inner wall of the tube is basically strengthened again to minimize the formation of thermal resistance inside the tube, thereby maximizing the heat exchange capacity on both sides of the copper tube.
