Titanium tubes are lightweight, have high strength, and superior mechanical properties. Titanium tubes are widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tube heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, serpentine heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, conveyor tubes, etc. Many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as their unit standard.
1. Alkali washing: Soak titanium tubes in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytical pure solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of around 40 degrees Celsius. Good in ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse neutral with filtered deionized water or injection water and measure conductivity. Blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥ 0.4Mpa.
2. Pickling: Soak titanium tubes in a 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Good in ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse with filtered deionized water or injection water until neutral, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥ 0.4Mpa.
3. The above two methods can be used separately or alternately. If conditions permit, ultrasonic cleaning machines can be combined to achieve good results.
4. Organic pollution can be cleaned in combination with surfactants, and the combination of fragment pollution system and enzyme has a good cleaning effect.
